SERENITY CONCEPT

Saw a dress and cover by Dolce & Gabanna that looked very similar to what NQS wore in Sailor Moon. Thought I would draw it on the Sungura character. Modified it a bit by adding the translucent wings, some flowers in her hair, and a tiara. Used Clip Studio Paint for my lineart and Photoshop to paint.
