SAILOR SATURN CONCEPT

Concept of Saturn. Wanted a very dark skin color for her, so I based her skin color off of Kheris Rogers (Creator of Flexin’ In My Complexion™). I also wanted a braided bob for her, so I tried a new way of doing braids again, to see if it was simpler.
